Potato Pancakes

Usually when I tell someone who isn’t familiar with Polish cuisine about Potato Pancakes, I will get two reactions. They either give me a frown eyes with a head tilted to the side (usually they always tilt their head to the right) look. Or they just slowly repeat ‘Potato Pancakes’ as a question back to me.

I always get surprised when people don’t know what a Potato Pancake is. It’s probably because it’s not very popular dish outside…
